What You Will Be Doing
Drive the strategy for network and production systems operations in alignment with business goals, emphasizing computer vision hardware performance in dynamic environments.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of network, systems, and automation engineers, promoting growth in hands-on AI and robotics operations.
Analyze and enhance the performance, stability, and efficiency of globally distributed, field-deployed systems.
Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining scalable monitoring and alerting systems tailored for edge AI and robotics platforms.
Establish robust incident response processes to ensure swift issue resolution across infrastructure.
Deploy and oversee tools for monitoring, managing, and maintaining hardware in diverse physical environments (e.g., warehouses, industrial facilities, parking structures).
Partner with cross-functional teams to scale infrastructure in line with expanding hardware deployments.
Oversee operational budgets, optimizing investments in tools, equipment, and emerging technologies.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate SLAs, and track performance—particularly for vision hardware, edge computing, and connectivity providers.
Continuously seek and implement improvements to boost system uptime, reliability, and efficiency.

Over a decade of experience in network and production systems operations, including 5+ years in technical leadership.
Deep knowledge of deploying and managing real-world robotics or computer vision systems, with expertise in Linux, networking protocols, and edge computing.
Track record of supporting large-scale, distributed hardware deployments in the field.
Skilled in leading high-impact technical teams in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Strong project management and prioritization abilities across infrastructure rollout, field ops, and support functions.
Effective communicator, adept at translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and external partners.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a strong asset.
