Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and motivate the sales activities and the sales team to ensure all salespersons' quotas are met, focusing on sales activities, individual accounts, and group bookings, aligned with transient demand to maximize revenue per available room, and support all Four Seasons sales and marketing strategies.
Recruit, select, train, and guide sales department personnel, conduct performance evaluations, and perform supervisory functions to manage personnel effectively and efficiently.
Direct the hotel's sales activities to achieve budgeted goals, monitor business trends, negotiate for maximum revenue and profit, and develop sales and marketing solutions proactively and creatively.
Assist in developing the annual marketing plan, ensure project execution across market areas to increase sales and profitability, review market analysis, and supervise the implementation of sales and marketing procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
