We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales with a proven track record in the promotional products industry (or related sectors) to drive revenue growth and lead a passionate, results-driven team. What You’ll Do: Drive Revenue Growth: Create and execute strategies that scale sales in the branded merchandise and promotional products space. Lead with Purpose: Set clear goals, coach and support your team, and foster a culture of accountability and empowerment. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and improve customer experience. Hire and Develop Talent: Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales performers who align with our values and mission. Monitor & Optimize: Analyze sales performance data, identify opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership. Be Customer-Centric: Step in on key negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Requirements What We’re Looking For: 4+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally in promotional products, branded merchandise, or adjacent industries. Strong people management and coaching abilities with a focus on inclusivity and team growth. Data-savvy with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into strategy. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Adaptability and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Travel: 1 to 2 weeks per month in Dubuque, IA (REQUIRED) Nice to Have: Experience in B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and distribution models. Familiarity with SAGE or similar CRM platforms.
