About this Role Builders Vision is seeking a highly experienced Director of Investment Brand Communications to lead its communications strategy, focusing on building a powerful brand narrative and effectively communicating investment strategies to institutional investors. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in shaping perceptions, fostering trust, and driving capital formation across Builders Vision’s specialized sectors. The role demands a broad understanding of the institutional investment landscape, paired with exceptional communication skills, to develop and implement brand and communication strategies that enhance brand recognition and attract diverse investors. The role involves close collaboration with the investment leadership and media relations teams to manage communications materials for investor events, developing digital strategy for the brand’s online presence, and leading communication initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to continually adapt communication strategies that solidify Builders Vision’s presence among institutional audiences. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive investment brand and communication strategy aligned with business objectives. Craft and refine compelling messaging to articulate Builders Vision’s investment philosophy and expertise. Collaborate with investment leadership to create communication materials for key stakeholders. Partner with media relations to manage opportunities with financial and sector media. Develop strategy and direct online presence, including website and social media. Conduct market intelligence and recommend strategies for content and thought leadership. Establish event strategies for engaging with institutional investors. Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment communications, marketing, or investor relations. Deep understanding of the institutional investor landscape and its dynamics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record in building brand recognition and influencing investment decisions. Strong digital marketing strategy expertise for institutional audiences. Experience with public relations and financial media. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
