Position: Vice President of Finance Location: Fully Onsite - St. Joseph, MI Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 Reports To: President

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership , partnering with executive leadership to drive long-term growth and prepare for future presidential succession.

Oversee international financial operations , including global tax strategy, compliance, and foreign entity reporting.

Manage and strengthen banking relationships , supporting capital structure, treasury functions, and funding initiatives.

Lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to ensure sound financial performance.

Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with domestic and international accounting standards and regulations .

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA and active CPA required .

12-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a global or multinational environment.

Proven expertise in international finance, tax compliance, and cross-border business operations .

Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, develop talent, and foster high-level banking and stakeholder relationships .
