The Role
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving EXL’s Culture of Integrity by ensuring that EXL operates within the boundaries of all relevant laws and regulations while promoting a culture of ethics, integrity, transparency and professionalism. This key position will be responsible for creating and driving all aspects of EXL’s Compliance training, communication and outreach strategy that is closely aligned to EXL’s business and business objectives and designed to promote high levels of employee engagement. Key elements for the role Create, manage, and continually improve a comprehensive Compliance training, communication and outreach program that engages employees while ensuring appropriate coverage of regulatory requirements, and company expectations of employee ethical behavior.
In partnership with EXL’s business, identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and other resources.
Develop and update clear, understandable and engaging Compliance policies, procedures, training and communication that incorporate up-to-date legal and regulatory standards and align with recognized best practices from the global ethics and compliance community. Develop methods to measure the effectiveness of employee training, communications, and outreach and prepare regular reports for leadership addressing these topics.
Conduct surveys of the company’s employees to measure EXL’s ethical culture and develop reporting methods for survey data that presents the results in an engaging, educational way.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions and focus groups for employees at all levels, raising employee awareness of compliance requirements, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and gathering employee feedback to continue to improve the Compliance program.
Maintain a comprehensive calendar of Compliance activities and training and produce accurate and organized records of compliance activities, training sessions, and employee certifications.
Partner with and manage internal and external providers that support development and execution of Compliance training, communication, and outreach programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Minimum of [10] years of experience in leading initiatives related to Compliance training, communications, and outreach in a global, publicly traded company
Strong understanding of regulatory guidance on the elements of an effective Ethics & Compliance program
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
Excellent organizational and project management skills along with a mindset of continuous improvement in day-to-day work
Certification in compliance (, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - CCEP) or a law degree is a plus. Corporate Social Responsibility
