WE NEED A DESK MANAGER / FINANCE MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE, MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- PREVIOUS DESKING EXPERIENCE A MUST!!!!

- PROFICIENCY IN FINANCING OPTIONS

- CULTIVATE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LENDERS

- ACCURATELY SUBMIT DEALS

- SUPPORT, MANAGE AND HELP THE SALES TEAM

-ABLE TO WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK

-COACHABLE/ QUICK LEARNER

-MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE

-BANK RELATIONSHIPS

-POSITIVE OUTGOING PERSONALITY

-STRONG SALESPERSON

-STRONG CLOSER

-EXPERIENCE ON DEALER TRACK AND DEALER CENTER

-MUST KNOW HOW TO DESK A DEAL AND GET IT FUNDED

Responsibilities - Utilize dealership experience to effectively manage auto finance desk operations. - Conduct negotiations with customers to secure favorable financing terms. - Process loans accurately and efficiently while adhering to TILA regulations. - Analyze credit profiles to determine loan eligibility and terms. - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. - Utilize basic math skills for loan calculations and financial transactions. - Collaborate with sales team to maximize upselling opportunities. - Manage title processing and contracts for automotive sales transactions. - Utilize financial software for accurate and efficient loan processing. - Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English for effective communication with diverse clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,018.07 - $15,189.79 per month

Schedule: * 10 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay
