What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat oral health issues using up-to-date clinical knowledge Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans Collaborate with our dental team (assistants, hygienists, front office) to ensure seamless patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with compliance guidelines
What We’re Looking For: D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school Valid Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Eagerness to learn and grow - new grads welcome and supported! A team-first mindset with a commitment to delivering great care
