Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming check-in and check-out experiences for patients
- Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and poise
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Verify and bill insurance claims with precision
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
Requirements:
-Must have Dental Terminology & Dentrix & Dentrix Ascend software knowledge
- Proficiency in office administration, preferably in a medical or dental setting
- Familiarity with dental billing processes and insurance verification
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong knowledge of phone systems
- Experience in a hospital or clinic environment is a plus
- Exceptional patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Practice Works software is an asset
