-Thrives when given time to truly educate and transform patient lives?

What Makes This Different

We're not another prophy mill. We are looking for a hygienist to function as periodontal
therapists who will:
- Diagnose with Purpose: Use comprehensive assessments including salivary
diagnostics, microscopy, and bacterial testing to create personalized treatment plans
- Treat the Whole Person: Connect oral inflammation to systemic health - diabetes,
cardiovascular disease, pregnancy outcomes - because you understand the mouth-body
connection
- Have Time to Care: 60-90 minute appointments for new patients, appropriate time for all
procedures
- Lead Treatment: Present your own findings and treatment plans with full autonomy
- Collaborate Daily: Work hand-in-hand with doctors who respect your expertise and
clinical judgment

Your Daily Reality Here
- Morning Huddle: Review your patients' medical histories, discuss complex cases,
strategize approaches
- Patient Care: Mix of maintenance therapy, active treatment, and new patient
assessments
- Real Conversations: "Mrs. Johnson, the inflammation we're seeing is connected to your
diabetes control..."
- True Impact: Watch patients' health transform through your comprehensive care

Our Mission

We believe every patient deserves to feel profoundly seen, unquestionably safe, and genuinely
served. As a periodontal therapist, you'll be central to delivering this experience through
comprehensive, compassionate care.
