Canton Chair Rental / Party Savvy, Stark County’s leader in the event rental industry, is seeking a Delivery & Warehouse Specialist with a focus on tent installation to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will load and unload event rental equipment, deliver and set up at client venues (typically within a 50-mile radius), and assist with installing tents and other event essentials such as staging, dance floors, lighting, and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive various-sized vehicles, including cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL), to complete deliveries and pickups.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring on-time delivery, setup/installation, breakdown, and pickup while collaborating with our team to handle events seamlessly.
Coordinate closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate equipment handling and order fulfillment.
Conduct quality control inspections to maintain our high company standards.
Operate moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and pallet jacks.
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles at different venues, such as our warehouse, client homes, stadiums, and more.
Assist with tent setup/installation and removal along with other equipment.
Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.
Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) procedures.

Perform additional duties as required.
Work Conditions:
Be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in various locations and weather conditions.
Work as part of a team in high-energy environments, often under tight timelines.
Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, with appropriate safety measures in place.
Expect physical demands including bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Schedule & Pay:
Shifts typically run in 4, 8, or 12-hour increments. Flexible days and times available to accommodate part-time and full-time availability.
Final schedule will be determined collaboratively with management.
Monday – Friday and weekends as needed depending on client needs and requests.
Flexibility required for varying start/end times, ranging from early mornings to late evenings.
Potential for overtime during peak season.
Pay Range: $13 - $15 an hour depending on experience, shift, and role.
Seasonal Position: Our busiest months run from April through October. However, there is potential for long-term employment based on factors such as attendance, performance, and business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid Ohio driver’s license preferred; must meet company insurance requirements if operating a vehicle.
Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
Basic math skills, including understanding fractions, percentages, and ratios.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to interpret various forms of instruction.
Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods in a warehouse and outdoor setting.
Depending on the specific role, you may regularly lift and/or move up to 25 or 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
Occasional assistance with event setup, teardown, delivery, and pickup.
Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments.
Pass a company background check, DOT Physical and drug screening.
