Project Management Specialist

The SProject Management Specialist (SPMS) will provide the project management expertise to allow for the successful implementation of Information Technology projects within the State of Delaware in support of various State agencies. Complete Description: The Project Management Specialist (PMS) directs, controls, administers, and manages the full life cycle of information technology projects including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directing, controlling, administering, and managing the full life cycle of information technology projects.
• Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing information technology projects.
• Providing project management expertise to ensure the successful implementation of information technology projects.

The SPMS will work closely with various state agencies to support their information technology needs.
