This Data Specialist is a hybrid role that will focus on two of our major internal systems:
1) customer relationship management (CRM) system and 2) our inventory system.
As a support resource in CRM, this individual will: Pull reports that show daily/monthly productivity by sales associates for employees and management Validate lead and business entry Provide clean-up within the system for any entry duplications Partner with our parent company, The Raymond Corporation, for tasks and system support Pertaining to our inventory system, this role will support database(s) for: Updated customer information for accurate invoicing and billing Updated customer equipment files and maintenance agreements Additionally, tasks include: Coordinating new customer account creation for equipment ordering Monitoring any sales leads that are entered into company website The ideal candidate will have: 2 years' of experience in data entry and database administration Excellent attention to detail and follow-up Customer-service oriented approach This role will enjoy a primary work-from-home position after a training period. This position offers paid-time-off, 7 holidays, and full group benefits after 30 days of hire.
