Build, train, test, and optimise models using supervised, unsupervised, and generative techniques.
Develop features, evaluate model performance, and implement scalable ML pipelines.
Explore new modeling approaches and emerging AI techniques, including LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agent‑based systems.
Run experiments, track results, and iterate based on findings.
Support the full lifecycle of ML development: problem framing, data exploration, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Build reusable components for data preprocessing, model training, and inference.
Implement CI/CD for ML workflows, including automated training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Set up observability for models, including drift detection, performance monitoring, and alerting.
Work with product managers, data engineers, and business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical ML solutions.
Present technical findings and model insights in a clear and practical way to non‑technical stakeholders.
Deploy models to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerisation, APIs, and orchestration tools.
Maintain reliable, scalable, and low‑latency inference environments.
Ensure models follow ethical AI standards, data governance requirements, and organisational compliance guidelines.
