About the role
As a Data Migration Project Manager you will make an impact by leading large-scale data migration initiatives in the commercial lending domain. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with stakeholders, technical teams, vendor partners and clients.
In this role, you will:
* Define and lead the end-to-end data migration strategy for replacing legacy loan servicing systems with ACBS.
* Manage planning, execution, and governance of ETL processes from AFS (source) to ACBS (target).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with upstream and downstream applications.
* Drive stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence across the migration lifecycle.
* Provide technical oversight and guidance on data mapping, validation, and cutover planning.

What you must have to be considered
* 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale data migration programs.
* Deep domain expertise in Commercial Lending and familiarity with lending operations.
* Hands-on experience with ACBS (Automated Commercial Banking System).
* Proven track record of managing ETL processes and data integration across complex systems.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in consulting environments.
* Up to 25% travel may be required.
These will help you succeed
* Experience working with FIS or similar vendors in lending modernization programs.
* PMP or equivalent project management certification.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in matrixed organizations.
* Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
* Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or large banking institutions.

Compensation
* $110,000-$158,500
* This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans
