Bilingual Data Entry Clerks Needed

Responsibilities:

  • Accept incoming calls
  • Input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format.
  • Manage phone interactions with clients for support and troubleshooting.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of information before it is entered.
  • Locate and correct errors or report them to a supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with basic computer functions (such as copying and pasting).
  • Must be on time, with a positive attitude and ready to work.
  • Ability to pass a basic Microsoft Word test (scoring 80% or better).
  • Ability to pass an alpha numeric data entry test based on speed, accuracy, and number of errors.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

Pay Rate - $15 Shift Time - Noon to 8pm Must be able to train 8a-4p for 4-6 weeks. Location - Hoover, AL
