Key Responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using customer service software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
