We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with proven SAP experience . This role supports warehouse operations, dispatching, transportation, and logistics activities. SAP knowledge is mandatory, as the system is complex and requires prior hands-on experience. Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders, scheduling, and dispatching using SAP Support logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations through accurate system entries Provide timely and professional communication with internal teams and external customers Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within SAP Requirements: Prior experience working with SAP (non-negotiable) Background in warehouse, transportation, dispatching, or logistics Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay patient and professional under pressure; thick skin required Willingness to work overtime and weekends (currently averaging 50-55 hours per week)
