Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience Qualifications: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficient in computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
