– Customer Service Representative / Admin Position Summary The Customer Service position is responsible for supporting and maintaining commercial activities that drive both growth and organizational excellence. The CSR will actively engage with channel partners, field sales, technical support personnel and inside sales representatives to ensure we maintain efficient and effective commercial processes, including; order entry and verification, expediting with operations teams, managing pick slips, running daily and monthly reports, participation in production meetings regarding ship schedules and customer notification of schedules and changes. Other administrative tasks as defined by management of the Phoenix location. This is a salary exempt position. Primary Responsibilities: 3 years experience in Customer Service. Inside Sales experience preferred Strong computer knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Access, Word, Outlook and Excel Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment strongly preferred Knowledge of business database applications Oracle Experience preferred. Order Entry and Verification As needed, support the team to resolve purchase order discrepancies that arise after the order has been entered Support administrative or commercial and logistics tasks when necessary An exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines Team player who enjoys a challenge and is self-motivated Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Cultivate, develop and continuously improve processes and strategies for commercial excellence Requirements
Job Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service or inside sales experience Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (Written & Verbal) Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Track record of over-achieving metrics Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage time Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, . Edwards or similar system Skills & Competencies: Enthusiastic and commercially focused Team player with integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and capable / willing to work in a diverse environment Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Excellent solutions-oriented and problem-solving ability Strong sense of accountability with impeccable follow-up skills Proactive and results-orientated with a positive outlook and willingness to take initiative.
