I've worked for State Farm for over 28 years and been an agent for 17 years. I have 3 full time and 1 part time team members. Work from home day per week available once licensed and trained. I have a Bachelors degree and Masters degree from Western Michigan University and am actively involved in several organizations that volunteer in the community to tutor and mentor middle school and high school students, support domestic violence victims, serve the homeless population and raise money for scholarships. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ivy Fields-Releford - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
