Licensed Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a licensed customer service representative to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, managing policy service requests, assisting clients with their insurance needs. This position plays a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the agency growth. Responsibilities: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service via phone, email, text and in person. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately. Assist clients with billing inquiries, payments, and claims. Review insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Maintain detailed and organized customer records in the agency management system (i.e. Salesforce) Support sales agents with administrative tasks and follow-up activities. Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&G) License. Prior experience in an insurance agency or customer service role preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional client care.
