Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Handle new business phone calls and walk ins by gathering all needed underwriting information and offering a comprehensive proposal that best fits the client’s needs.
Review non-renewals/cancellations to determine what action is to be taken.
Receive phone calls/emails requesting quotes, changes to existing coverage and/or new policies.
Complete change requests, complete applications, and collect premium.
Address billing questions in an accurate and timely manner
