LHH is partnering with a leading financial institution to hire several Customer Service Representatives for their Sacramento call center. This is a great opportunity to join a customer-focused team and grow within the financial services industry.
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: Up to $20/hr
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Type: Contract-to-Hire - potential for long-term career growth
What You'll Do:
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information on banking products, accounts, and transactions
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging calls
Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Qualification: Previous customer service or call center experience (financial services preferred, not required)
Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and customer-focused
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Problem-solving skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset
Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
