Experience Required for Your Success Some college preferred. Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Fluent in Spanish is an asset but not required. Knowledge of SAP is an asset but not required. Call center and/or customer service center experience. Siebel experience preferred. Must be proficient in both verbal and written English. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally.
