Are you a friendly, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? At 5th Axis, we're looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our San Diego facility, where you'll be a central point of contact for customer inquiries, order details, and issue resolution.
In this critical role, you'll answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure that customer interactions are handled quickly and effectively-all while collaborating with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in representing 5th Axis' commitment to quality and service.
What You Will Do: Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions in accordance with company policies Collaborate with management to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Gather invoices, statements, and documents from other departments and clients Correct errors and organize information for swift, accurate data entry Enter and update customer information in relevant databases Navigate quickly between multiple systems to provide accurate, timely responses Perform other duties as assigned Do you have: High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 3 years' customer service experience (manufacturing environment a plus) Experience with Epicor ERP (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude Proficiency in data entry, electronic filing, and record keeping Perks & Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a dynamic company
