Job Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and manage customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective resolutions in a timely manner. Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management.
