We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Liaison to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
