WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Work with an amazing team in a fun environment. * Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs. * Create "Wow" moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction. * Help maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness. * Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.
WHAT YOU NEED:
* An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills. * The ability to connect with customers. * Attention to detail and pride in your work. * High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. * A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude. * Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours * Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
