Job Duties:
  • Primary responsibility is processing customer renewal letters. Follow up via phone and email. Will train technical product informaiton. Candidate must be comfrotable on phone.
  • Back up Customer Serivce for all order processing responsbilities.
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Call on customers with past due payments. Detailed documentation of call including actions items and any follow up if applicable.
  • Additional duties as directed by management.

Benefits/Hours: Flexible hours (between 9am-4pm). 4 day workweek. 18 - 25 hour workweek.

1 week paid vacation after 1 year. 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years. 7 paid holidays.
