Hybrid Work Environment: This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our Southfield, MI Corporate Office.

Schedule/Hours:
8am-5pm during training period (12-14 weeks)
8:30am-5pm after training period
*Overtime hours offered upon manager's approval

As a New Accounts Call Service Ambassador (Customer Experience Associate), you will provide dedicated support to Financial Advisors by handling inbound inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and delivering timely, accurate information. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced financial services environment.
