Overview
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, supports the commercial services division to coordinate, track, enter, and manage various activities for business clients, industrial facilities, etc. Works as liaison between sales, operations, and accounting to ensure information is accurately transferred amongst the groups and works as the client's point of contact throughout the project process. Performs a variety of clerical activities to ensure proper and accurate processing of activities. Support the pre-sales process and assist with promoting and selling ancillary services.
Responsibilities
* The coordinator works as a liaison between the sales representative and the client to coordinate all aspects of the move and ensure high quality service delivery. Position interacts with all service areas within the organization, including Operations, Accounting, Sales, to ensure that all relocation activities are performed in accordance with contractual and industry guidelines.
* Maintain accurate working files and ensure completion of all pertinent information.
* Understand, interpret, and reference sales agreements and vendor contracts.
* Works directly with sales staff to ensure timely reporting of information and data.
* Maintain communication (by phone and email) throughout the move process with clients. Processes service/schedule changes, updates client records and notifies appropriate parties.
* Provide outstanding value, excellent communication, a willing attitude, reliability, and a professional image - An assurance of excellence, customer empathy, and exceptional service.
* Maintains training on all company programs, systems, software, and administrative protocols.
* Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2-3 years' customer service and office/clerical experience.
* Proficient using MS Windows-based software applications.
* Must be detail-oriented, and able to provide support to other team members.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Stellar customer service, follow up, communication (verbal and written), and administrative skills.
* Friendly demeanor with the ability to engage clients and build strong relationships to encourage ongoing business activities.
* Proven problem-solver, analytical and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and technology focused environment.
