We're on the hunt for a Customer Care Analyst who's not only detail-obsessed but also strategic in their approach. Based in Boise, ID , this role is key to ensuring smooth customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction by keeping data clean, processes efficient, and preventative maintenance (PM) activities on track.
Pay: $23-$25 per hour
Location: Boise, ID
What You'll Be Doing: Champion the customer onboarding journey and manage accurate records in Dynamics 365
Analyze, document, and enhance PM processes-your insights will shape smarter workflows
Generate and share insightful weekly/monthly PM performance reports
Team up with service managers to keep PM tasks on schedule
Be the go-to expert for all things PM-answering questions and solving issues as they arise
Ensure data integrity across all customer and service systems
Spot inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to leadership

What You Bring to the Table: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
Excel wizardry and experience with CRM/ERP tools like Dynamics 365
A sharp eye for detail and top-notch organizational skills
Great communicator who collaborates well across teams
College degree preferred; Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent required along with 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
