Provide quality work in the areas of assembly of Fiberglass structures and team leadership in a safety driven and efficient manner. This role will be focused on a hands-on approach, leading a team for construction of bridges, boardwalks, light poles and marine infrastructure.
*KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Lead small fabrication team during afternoon shift to fabricate and assemble fiberglass structures
- Collaborate with project engineers, estimators and designers to develop comprehensive project plans and work schedules for team of 7-10.
- Coordinate and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and supervise construction teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the successful completion of project objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, taking prompt corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with supplementary staff to ensure chemistry and culture is maintained to the Wagner Standard.
- Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Keep accurate records of project documentation, including daily progress reports, safety logs, and site records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices, integrating innovative approaches into project management.
- Advise and procure capital equipment that will enhance production capability and streamline production.
- Lead existing team in new industry to ensure works are completed to client expectations.

· A strong safety focus
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate diverse construction teams.
· Experience in a repetitive fast paced environment
· Power tool or tooling experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
*Qualifications*:
· Forklift Ticket (Desirable)
· First Aid Ticket (Desirable)
· Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
