Provides guidance and oversight to other testing personnel with lesser credentials. Responsible to troubleshoot and address instrument issues and recognize need for service. Responsible to use critical thinking and clinical knowledge to assess questionable results and correlate with clinical information to determine accuracy. Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 90 days OR High School Diploma or equivalent AND Grandfathered status under CLIA Regulations Preferred: Completion of a medical technology program
