Specific unit responsibilities and patient care rounding experiences will vary based on the position outline below as well as involvement in special projects. The individual must display maturity, independence, initiative, and strong communication skills. Experience Preferred: Two years of residency, including a one-year specialty residency in critical care OR Preferred: One year of general residency plus two years of current direct-patient care in critical care OR Preferred: Five years of current direct-patient care experience in critical care

Skills Individual would spend approximately 80% of the time with patient-centered responsibilities in their respective areas: NTICU/CVICU/CCU/MICU/Step-Down and 20% completing committee, precepting and special project responsibilities. Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, other computer systems software, copiers, fax machines and other office equipment as necessary.

Licensure/Certification/Registration Licensed by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacist or eligible for licensure by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist and obtains licensure within 90 days of hire. Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) certified or expected within 3 years of starting the position. **Eligibility for licensure requires submission of application for Pharmacy License at time of hire** ACLS - obtain within 365 daysof hire
