Residential Youth Career Opportunities Milton Hershey School offers a unique career path for married couples to become flex houseparents. This role provides a consistent family-like structure for students and involves guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Job Description: As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will work closely with your spouse to provide a supportive environment for the students.
