We are seeking a highly motivated, and experienced transactional attorney with business sense and entrepreneurial spirit to join a dynamic corporate transactional law boutique that specializes in mergers & acquisitions, financings (including private equity, venture capital, and credit finance), start-ups, commercial contracts, technology transactions, real estate, entity governance and general business matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and business law, excellent analytical and drafting skills, and a proven ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing. This is an incredible opportunity for a talented attorney to take on significant responsibility, working directly with clients, making an impact as part of an entrepreneurial community, and contributing to the continued success of our practice. Qualifications ·Strong moral compass and values ·Proven academic success ·Passion for doing deals and business ·Transactional experience ·Big law experience ·Business acumen and experience ·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
