Responsibilities The Paralegal, Corporate will directly assist and support the General Counsel and other members of the Related Ross legal team, with a focus on corporate governance, entity management, corporate record maintenance, and basic document review and preparation. The ideal candidate for this role will have a corporate paralegal background and will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Real estate experience is not required but is strongly preferred. This position will be based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
