Investor Relations / Private Equity and Corporate * *

Under direction of the Managing Director and Director of Operations, this role is broad, and can be adjusted to specific experience of the person hired.

Tasks include, for ***** distributions, working with fund admin, documentation, KYC/AML, board meeting logistics, and being proactive with what needs to get done at the firm, including working with outside counsel. Looking for someone motivated and excited by the work who wants to stay and grow with the company. Service-oriented personality is key for the role.
