We are looking for a motivated individual who can provide on-site support and collaborate with the internal executive leadership team in a Paralegal/Executive Assistant capacity. This position is primarily responsible for providing corporate paralegal and administrative support to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, the Senior Corporate Paralegal Manager and the corporate legal department as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provides legal assistance to corporate attorneys. Acts as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organizations, and in-house employees.
Will also serve as an Executive Assistant by supporting senior leadership team and helping to coordinate board meetings, travel, agendas, and related logistics.
Assist with drafting and filing Section 16 reports, Form 4s for directors and statutory officers
Assist with processing, tracking and coding of legal department invoices.
May assist with the review and preparation of patent and trademark material and applications.
May provide support to trade compliance programs, including preparation and processing of Customs Powers of Attorney.
May assist with drafting and filing various business entity documents for legal entities with State agencies as well as other corporate maintenance tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Technology:
Requires paralegal certification (preferred), law office experience and knowledge of office automation equipment/software related to activities.
Prior experience performing legal research
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years' experience
ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
U.S. Person for access to ITAR-Controlled Technical Data

Salary Range: $77,000.00-$102,600.00
