We are searching for an individual who will take ownership of the following:
Leverage your insurance accounting expertise to first evaluate current accounting and reporting standards and offer your guidance and knowledge to create best practices that are robust, streamlined, and scalable. Lead and develop a team - we are searching for someone who shines while coaching others through the details, but also able to provide leadership at a high level while selecting and developing your team and thinking analytically on operational or strategic projects. We are searching for an induvial with a track record of being impressive and someone who wants to add value. You will have ample opportunity to make a mark while working closely with the executive leadership team on accounting practices and projects tied to the company’s growth. We are searching for someone who is agile and can balance technical accounting strength with practical business judgement (common sense). We are searching for someone motivated by impact who will find fulfillment in working alongside others on meaningful projects, while having the autonomy to leverage your skills and run with your tasks.
