Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.

Reporting Structure
The Human Resources Coordinator reports directly to the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition & HRBP.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
The Human Resources Coordinator provides proactive administrative support for the HR and Recruiting team, ensuring all employees are accounted for within the organization. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the lifecycle of Vince employees in all necessary administrative facets and support the needs of the HR team as it relates to corporate, retail, resourcing, benefits and compensation.
Administrative
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance Input and maintain all corporate employees in the HRIS, and identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency Ensure all paperwork for corporate employees (new hire, change of status, termination) is filled out completely and in a timely manner in partnership with the managers and the HR team Assist in the Performance Management process with communication, tracking, and filing Maintain all organizational charts on an ongoing basis Prepare offer letters and contracts Preparing recruitment-related reports, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring statistics Assist in Human Resources administrative needs and projects as they arise Operations Liaise with the Payroll department regarding new hires, pay discrepancies, with follow up and follow through to resolution Maintain accurate employee files and records (physical and digital), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth transition into the company Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property. Provide general support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist with organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and other HR-related events. Assist with preparing HR-related reports and audits, such as attendance, performance, and training records. Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documents, such as policies, handbooks, and procedures.
