They are seeking an innovative and worldly Chief Operating Officer (COO) with deep experience in the beverage industry to lead operations and drive scalable growth across production, supply chain, quality, and commercial execution. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring product excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability across domestic and international markets.
Please note that this role is open to expats, and will require relocation to Vietnam.
Fluency in Vietnamese is NOT required, although it will be advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee end-to-end operations, including production, manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, and logistics. Implement strategic initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output. Collaborate closely with CEO and executive team on growth planning, product expansion, and go-to-market execution. Lead cross-functional teams in demand planning, procurement, and distribution for B2B and B2C beverage channels. Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement across all facilities and production lines. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, certifications, and international standards. Manage relationships with key suppliers, co-packers, and third-party logistics providers. Oversee inventory and warehouse operations to meet customer fulfillment targets. Mentor and develop internal teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 15+ years of experience in operations or general management, with 5 of those years in an executive-level role. Stellar track record in the beverage industry, particularly with scaling production for high-growth consumer brands and expansion in new markets. Candidates that have zero experience in the beverage industry should not apply. Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain logistics, and food & beverage regulatory environments. Experience managing large teams, multi-site operations, and high-capacity production lines. Demonstrated ability to implement digital tools, ERP systems, or operational automation. Data-driven mindset with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelors degree in business, engineering, food science, or related field (MBA preferred).
