The Role in Brief:
Consultant and Principal, Enroll360
The Consultant and Principal, Enroll360 serves as a subject matter expert for the Enroll360 product and solutions product offerings. The Consultant and Principal partners with our internal client development, client account, and corporate marketing teams to provide thought leadership and guidance to advance our current and prospective higher education clients' undergraduate enrollment goals through our proven, customized, data-driven solutions. This is a highly visible role positioned to promote EAB's value proposition to clients, increase overall revenue and profitability, and advocate for future product and service innovations.
This hire may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, DC; this position is also open to remote employment within the continental United States.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance and insights on college enrollment strategies, student recruitment marketing, lead generation, digital marketing best practices, and higher education trends to partners, prospects, and internal team members
Support sales and account executive teams with prospect and partner calls, ad hoc enrollment consulting, and in-person visits, acting as a highly visible and invested member of partners’ EAB team
Strategize with sales and account executive teams on the most appropriate suite of services to meet prospective clients’ undergraduate enrollment needs; support partner-facing teams by offering in-depth analysis and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies for college clients
Create strategic linkages between Enroll360 products and solutions, acting as a thought leader and driver of cross channel recruitment across the organization and in the market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information shared internally and provided to partners
Develop and review content, documentation, and training materials tailored for higher education marketing and enrollment solutions
Conduct research to stay up to date on trends in higher education enrollment, digital marketing innovations, and student recruitment tactics
Lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate employees and clients
Participate in conferences, industry events, and professional development activities
Participate in EAB consulting contracts as required - these may include projects for systems and individual campuses which include assessments, data analysis, creating strategic enrollment management plans with strategies and tactics, and delivering written and in-person recommendations
This role requires approximately 30% travel for Richmond- or DC-based candidates; up to 50% travel for remote candidates
Basic Qualifications:
10 – 12+ years of relevant full-time professional experience
Experience marketing to and recruiting undergraduate and transfer students across varied academic programs and modalities (e.g., on-ground, online)
Intimate familiarity with direct and digital marketing channels, strategies, and emerging trends
Proven success in developing strategic initiatives and achieving enrollment goals
Strong relationship building skills
Highly developed written, oral, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Effective analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Ideal Qualifications:
Advanced degree
Direct experience working with EAB services to drive enrollment success
Experience in presenting to peers at national and regional professional conferences

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for thisrole is$95,000 - $129,000per year. Actual salary variesdue to factors that may include but not be limited torelevant experience, skills, and location.At EAB, it isnot typical for an individual to be hired at or near thetop of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionarybonus or incentive compensation. Variablecompensation may depend on various factors,such as individual andorganizational performance.
