We're seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with experience leading complex K-12, municipal, and healthcare projects. You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, responsible for on-site coordination, safety enforcement, and quality assurance - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. Description Responsibilities of a Construction Superintendent Are:
Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and subcontractor performance Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors Maintain strict safety standards and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and building codes Manage site logistics, equipment deliveries, and materials handling Conduct daily site reports, progress updates, and punch lists Foster a collaborative jobsite environment with all trade partners Profile Qualifications for a Construction Superintendent Are:
5+ years as a Superintendent, with emphasis on K-12, municipal, or healthcare construction Deep understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and safety regulations Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project) OSHA 30 Certification Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple subcontractors simultaneously Excellent communication and team coordination skills Job Offer Whats on the Offer:
