Title: Construction Coordinator Location: Lexington, KY Duration: Long Term Contract (3 years plus extensions) Pay Range: $40-$48/hr Construction Coordinator To observe construction activities of Project Engineering assigned contractors at any facility. Assists in coordinating work between multiple contractors and Company operations and advises management on the contractor's safety compliance, quality of work, productivity, schedule, and anticipated problems. We are looking for a good communicator that can work in a team environment. Specifically looking for an electrical background that has worked in an industrial setting Qualifications: Ten years of supervisory/project experience is preferred. Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Operational or QA/QC experience is preferable. Strong preference for certification in project management or other specialized training from an external institution and demonstrated advanced construction management skills. Above-average communication skills. Demonstrated leadership ability. Advanced proficiency in OSHA and site safety standards. Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with management, contractors, and their employees.
