We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a leadership role that blends field awareness with office-based planning—ensuring every moving part stays on schedule, on budget, and in line with our vision. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and organizer. You’ll keep all stakeholders aligned, manage resources with efficiency, and anticipate challenges before they happen. You’ll be the point person connecting the vision on paper to the work happening in the field. Compensation • Salary : $120,000 – $130,000 OTE • Large Base Salary • Bonus Opportunities • Health Stipend • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and oversee multiple residential, commercial, and adaptive reuse projects • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of work • Oversee permitting processes, inspections, and compliance with Philadelphia’s L&I and Eclipse systems • Prepare, review, and approve scopes of work, contracts, change orders, and payment applications • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress in partnership with site superintendents • Ensure all work meets applicable building, zoning, and energy efficiency codes • Lead project meetings and provide consistent updates to internal leadership and clients • Maintain organized project documentation and records for seamless communication and accountability • Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related role • Proven track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high standards • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines • Proficient in tools like Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, and Google Workspace • Familiarity with AIA contracts, draw requests, and project billing processes • Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting procedures • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities • Bonus: Fluency or proficiency in Spanish, Albanian, Portuguese, or another language Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000+ OTE
