Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about construction management and safety, and who thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and tracking activities in data center construction projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for effective project monitoring. Advocate for safety, with knowledge of construction safety protocols. Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, and Teams. Knowledge of risk management reporting and tracking. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5-7 years of equivalent experience. Preferred Skills & Qualifications PMI or PMP certification. Experience in coordinating projects and tracking detailed plans to accomplish goals. Experience in running construction project progress meetings. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Coordinate projects and track detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities. Be an onsite presence for both the construction and advocate for safety of the site. Create site visit reports on a weekly basis. Confer with management, engineering, and operations to discuss project specifications, requirements, and procedures. Run a weekly construction project progress sync with representatives from lessor construction, design, and engineering teams as well as internal construction, design, engineering, and operations teams. Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract requirements are being adhered to by lessor.
