Collaborate with other attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and execute plans effectively. Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal counsel. Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Stay up to date with legal developments and trends in complex commercial litigation. Qualifications: 2 to 8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft high-quality legal documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to confidently present information to clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Proven ability to manage cases independently while working effectively in a team environment. A track record of successfully handling complex litigation matters, including trial preparation and case management. Am Law 100 firm experience and graduation from a Top 30 law school are highly preferred.
